Elizabeth Chen
CEO
In 2012, Elizabeth founded Trillion in Hong Kong and later expanded its global presence with operations in the United States (Dallas) and the UAE (Dubai). As the founder and CEO of the Trillion Companies, she brings remarkable energy and visionary leadership to the team, thriving on their high energy, diverse background, and rigorous work ethic.
With over 25 years of experience in consulting, management, supervision, and administration, Elizabeth has successfully empowered small enterprises and Fortune 500 companies, including Trillion Companies, Ford Motor Company, Compuware Corporation, and DTE Energy. Her expertise in technology, operations, and business development has enhanced international operations, business strategies, and overall development.
Elizabeth is known for her optimistic and forward-thinking approach, consistently initiating, managing, and executing complex projects that add value, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Her passion lies in building and sustaining enduring relationships with customers, employees, and vendors. Recognized for her decisive management style, robust business leadership, and effective communication skills, Elizabeth adapts swiftly to new ideas and changes.
She holds an MBA in Finance and MIS from Wayne State University and an MS degree in Geography from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in China. Beyond her professional achievements, Elizabeth actively engages in community service, contributing to organizations like the Girl Scouts and the Council of Asian Pacific Americans. Currently serving as a board member of the Canyon Crest Academy Foundation, she also finds joy in activities such as yoga, dance, and reading while being a devoted mother of three girls.
Michelle Chen
Chief of Staff
As Trillion's Chief of Staff, I coordinate communication and collaboration across departments, advising the CEO with critical insights and leading new initiatives. My leadership style emphasizes a positive work environment, innovation, and continuous improvement. Before Trillion, I was a fashion buyer at Bloomingdale's and an ecommerce strategy consultant at PwC. Leveraging my corporate background, I bring a unique perspective to navigate challenges in smaller enterprises. I thrive in the dynamic environment of smaller organizations where I can see the direct impact of my work, implementing strategic decisions that contribute to growth and success. Outside of Trillion, I enjoy going to estate sales, textile crafts, and watching reality tv with my cat Unicycle.
Leo Sun
Operations Manager
As a warehouse operations manager, I am responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of the enterprise, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments to achieve the company's strategic goals. I also analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs as well as provide training and development for team members, fostering teamwork and collaboration. I have several years of work experience in the city's statistical department. During my years working at Trillion, the company has provided me with numerous opportunities, allowing me to accumulate experience in various positions and have grown and expanded alongside the company. In my spare time, I enjoy spending all time do everything with my family.
Michael Oropeza
Logistics Manager
After my service in the U.S. Airforce as an aircraft mechanic I find the fast paced and process driven position of Logistics manager here at Trillion Technologies to be quite rewarding and even almost exhilarating. As logistics manager I am responsible for ensuring on time and accurate delivery of products to our facilities and associates as well as on time shipping of our product to our customers around the world. Also, I have long sought the close-knit family environment I once felt in the service of my country and feel as though I have found it here at Trillion as our leadership is focused on employee health in all its forms. I am a fan of all things Science Fiction and spend much of my off time watching my shows, I also very much enjoy taking care of my small garden as well as taking care of my family both at home and at Trillion. I also have a particular love for my home football team the Eagles. GO BIRDS!!
Tony Chen
Accountant
As an Accountant, I take responsibility of preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, and implementing efficient accounting processes. With both Accounting and Finance degree, I developed a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and tax regulations. Also, my communication skills enable me to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present accounting information in a clear and concise manner. Working in Trillion is such an amazing thing, people here are all so kind and helpful ! I'm a 13 yrs big fan of Dallas Mavericks
