Duties:

  • Run and send daily reports, including daily stock and price list, inventory control, and sales reports.
  • Update and manage all sales order shipments and payment statuses in the system to ensure all orders are paid, shipped, and have tracking numbers.
  • Monitor and confirm payments, and communicate payment status and discrepancies to the sales team.
  • Check wire payment status to ensure quick order turnaround.
  • Accurately create purchase orders for warehouse receipt.
  • Monitor auction statuses from various vendors and update shared files to provide visibility to warehouse colleagues.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse colleagues and international offices.
  • Work closely with logistics companies to resolve customs clearance delays, missing items, and FedEx discounts.
  • Compile and create wholesale price comparison reports to provide market insights to the pricing team and keep company pricing competitive.
  • Run and send in-transit inventory reports to the sales team to inform them of incoming inventory.
  • Save and distribute weekly sales reports for use during weekly sales meetings.
  • Manage shipping invoice reconciliation and dispute any delayed charges.
  • Investigate vendor credit memos to ensure accurate payments.
  • Compile RMA amounts and confirm with supervisor.
  • Run monthly reports, including sales summaries, shipping reports, bank account balances, and cash reports.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse manager to create the monthly inventory file.
  • Itemize expenses to track spending by category.
  • Prepare shipping comparison reports for monthly meetings.
  • Prepare tax forms, including prepaid tax (Form 1120) and Sales and Use Tax (Texas).
  • Download invoices from e-commerce platforms and reconcile with the e-commerce manager to identify discrepancies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Experience: College coursework in managerial, international, corporate, and entrepreneurial finance, and risk management.
